Internal (AIC1): Used for standard inside corners, like the corner of a room or shower cubicle (where two walls meet). External (EIC1): Used for outside corners, such as the edge of a boxed-in pipe, a window reveal, or the corner of a balcony upstand.
Apply a layer of your waterproofing compound (like Brit AquaSeal) to the corner. Press the pre-formed corner piece firmly into the wet compound. Smooth out the fleece edges with a trowel or brush, then coat over the entire piece with another layer of compound.
