REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

UK Adhesives

1. Returns

• Returns must be authorised before sending goods back.
• Goods must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or special-order products
• Opened adhesive or chemical products
• Clearance or discounted items

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photographic evidence may be required.
• Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
• A restocking fee may apply
